How to use it
- Paste your script. Put each thought on its own line. The line breaks show up as paragraphs on screen.
- Start the teleprompter. It opens full screen with a 3-2-1 countdown. Press Space to play or pause, use the up and down arrows to change speed, and scroll with the mouse wheel to jump around.
- Make it yours. Change the text size, colors, margin and alignment, or mirror it if you read through a glass rig.
- Record yourself. Press Record and the teleprompter starts, using your camera and microphone. Press Stop and the video is saved to your device.

Is it really free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no limit.
Is my script saved or sent anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Your last script is kept in your own browser so you do not lose it if you close the tab, and you can clear it any time.
Where does my recording go?
Nowhere. Recording uses your camera and microphone inside the browser, and the video is saved straight to your device when you stop. It is never uploaded. Your browser will ask for camera permission the first time.
Does the teleprompter work on a phone?
Yes. Open the page, tap Open teleprompter and prop your phone in front of the camera, or use it on a tablet or a second screen.
